We don’t hide behind set and forget software. We’re real people. We’re human. In fact, we’re ex-adland production and agency humans, so we know the industry and understand the challenges that go along with keeping your content under control.
In a previous life Warwick shot TVCs for international brands, and felt the pain on both the client and agency side when it came to storing, finding and sharing the digital assets they had produced.
The problem was escalating as more marketing content was created and no-one seemed to be doing anything about it. So he did.
As Collaboro’s stoic leader, Warwick aligns the team behind one mission: to enable brands to reclaim control of their content and position it to be ready for the future of marketing. Powerful stuff.
With an eagle-eye over Collaboro’s day-to-day operations, there’s not a file that Lucas can’t track down.
On an average day, you might see him picking up client hard drives on his motorbike, or uploading and ingesting assets onto the Collaboro cloud, so they’re ready to use as soon as our client’s need them.
And all that before he’s had his mid-morning caramel milkshake.
Crunching, calculating, forecasting, balancing…you name it Carolyn does it with our numbers; generally making sure everything is ship-shape.
As well as keeping our investors happy with her mathematical-mastery, client’s know they’ve got a reliable source for all things accounts-related and we know who to call when we’ve over-spent on the coffee budget.
What would we do without her?
With a penchant for all things digital, Paul connects Collaboro with the people that matter to us (and vice-versa).
It’s not an easy task – producing outstanding marketing content, targeted to outstanding marketers, about an outstanding marketing product (stay with us), but if anyone can blow you away with his creative thinking and uncanny grasp of website analytics, it’s Paul.
Some refer to him as the Acquisition Assassin, some as the Ruler of Retention.
Either way Chris’ uncanny ability to get to the heart of any business challenge and build lifelong connections along the way, is only proven by the Uber bill from his frequent coffee meetings and his record-breaking number of LinkedIn connections.

On paper our clients need a point of contact for successful onboarding, account troubleshooting and permissions management, but Jess’ involvement runs much deeper than that.
Working as their right-hand woman, Jess spots opportunities and guides teams to marketing success, all the while providing an outstanding client experience (even if we do say so ourselves).
Hailing from the Welsh valleys, we defy anyone to resist Connor’s soothing, dulcet tones, maybe that’s why his sales and acquisition success rate is unparalleled.

‘Tech’ is Adam’s middle name. If you asked him what he does for Collaboro, he would humbly inform you that he’s building a market-first, machine learning and AI tagging, Intelligent Content Engine.
All we know is his tech-wizardry is the stuff of industry legend and all before he’s out of high-school (yes, really).
